Just For Fun: Charina’s Pumpkin Dip!

Charina, from our Issaquah location, recently made us the most delectable pumpkin dip served inside a pumpkin and I just had to share it with you!

It’s adorably festive as well as delicious, plus it takes only minutes to prepare.

Find out the secret to this scrumptious Fall recipe!





15 oz can of Pumpkin

5 oz box of Instant Vanilla Pudding

16 oz Cool Whip (can use lite/low fat)

1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

1/8 cup Powdered Sugar (this is the special ingredient)

1 Small Pumpkin

Step 1: Cut the top off your small pumpkin and make sure it’s big enough to dip in. Carve out/scrape the insides completely. Throw away or keep the seeds if you want to bake them!

Step 2- Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl. One it’s blended completely, put it inside your carved pumpkin. You’ll most likely have some dip left over, as you can see mine below.

Step 3: Grab your favorite drink, light a candle and enjoy with company! We chose to pair our dip with cinnamon graham crackers, apples and crisp Asian pears grown by Kyle from our Issaquah/Kirkland location.
